This is a friendly hotel in a great location, good Israeli buffet breakfast and comfortable rooms. The staff were really helpful and our overall experience was good

The hotel is tired, some of the fixtures and fittings could do with updating and personally I would much prefer hard floors that can be cleaned rather than dark patterned, slightly sticky carpets :-(

The room was a reasonable size and the bed was very comfy. One of the lifeguards by the swimming pool was very friendly. The bathroom was very clean and use of the fridge in the room was helpful to keep things cold. The issue with my room was resolved fairly quickly and I didn't have to pay for the full stay as a result. The hotel was easy to get around.

I flew overnight to Israel but had booked three nights in the hotel so that I could go to my room as soon as I arrived early in the morning. I emailed the day that I flew and was due to check in to let the hotel know that I would arrive until early the following morning due to flying overnight. I received a reply stating that my room was guaranteed. When I arrived at the hotel in the morning, I was informed that my room had been given away because I hadn't arrived the previous day. I was unable to talk to a manager immediately. This was extremely poor. The pool was a little small in length although this is only really an issue if you're a keen swimmer. The safe in the room had to be paid for. The room was basic with very little storage space. The breakfast was basic and did not have a huge selection. The hotel was slightly further away from the main strip of hotels on HaYarkon street. Therefore, it took a little longer to get to places.

Location was perfect and only a short walk to the beach.

Rooms were basic but fit for purpose.

The hotel is close to the beach and a variety of restaurants. If its your thing, it is also next to the sex separate beach - alternate days men/women. Also close to the Tel-Aviv port which is popping at night.

1. Pool - very small . Good for kids but not for someone who wants to swim. 2. Breakfast - it's the height of summer with vast amounts and types of great summer fruit available BUT there were only whole apples and pears at the breakfast.

Great location next to the beach - highly recommend the walk along to the old town. Rooms are super comfortable and staff were very helpful.

Not sure I’d say it was 4 star - a bit tired looking and shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

Location was nice. Staff was helpful and motivated. Especially housekeeping and one guy with earrings from reception. He helped me and my partners to book a tour and etc.

Hotel is very old and dirty everywhere. But clean linen and towels. No room service in 5 star hotel. Just wanted sparkling water midnight and called to the reception. Answer was "go to market at the corner of street" :D

Very good located, wide rooms, confortable bed and clean room. There is a wide offer at the breakfast.

They offer a supposed free tour in Tel Aviv from 4 hours, with 5 stops, the last one in a diamond store. It is a fraud, the places where the tour is supposed to go, are seen from the bus, they changed the order from the tour, going directly to the diamant store, stopping only 5 minutes in the national theater square. We arrived around 10 am in the diamant store, and we left from there at 1 pm!!! Because there were a group of Russians who were buying, the rest of the group had to wait 3 hours there, and after 2 hours when we said we were leaving, they told us, that is was finish and we where leaving soon, but it took more than 1 hour. We lost all our morning in that store, and then they drop off in Jaffa, explained the area in 5 minutes and left. I do not recommend anybody to take this tour, except you want to spend more than 500$ in jewerly, I lost the only morning I had to visit the city. I would have explained about to the receptionist, because maybe this was an unusual day, but nobody at reception cares about guests. At the evening when arriving at the Hotel, there were 3 people at reception, and none of them looked at me to say good evening, they were too busy with their mobiles. I have never seen this lack of attention in a Reception.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast bags provided because of very early departure on an organised tour. It is a collecting and drop off spot for organised tours.

Seating in the lobby is was not so comfortable.

The breakfasts were fantastic! Great selection. Very clean.

The facility is a little older but has been well maintained.

The location. It was quiet. We could walk to restaurants and shopping very near by. The beach is just two blocks away. Part of the beach included a section that was dog friendly. They had easily available and safe baggage storage while we went for an overnight tour. I originally booked on Booking.com. I mistakenly only booked 2 nights when we needed 4, but they were able to accommodate the two extra nights. Surprisingly, the hotel rate was less than the Booking.com rate by $15 US/night.

There is not a restaurant or bar on site. No fresh fruit at breakfast, included in the stay, other than apples and oranges.

The breakfast was fantastic and catered for all nationalities. Very impressed. The pool was lovely and the area on the roof gave a great view of the area. The beach is a five minute walk and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance although they are very expensive. The staff were really friendly and accommodating.

It was what it was. The area was pretty good although would have liked to be a little closer to the old town, but to be fair it was pretty good. If this is all I have to moan about then it cant be that bad. The only thing I would say and its not really a dislike; I did find the hotel a little tired in parts even though its had its recent upgrade. Don't let that put you off though.
